A luxurious condominium was designed for the high street of Canada as part of a year-long, 3rd year studio project.
Situated on Bloor Street and adjacent to the Royal Ontario Museum, the design of Cultura on Bloor aims to capture the quintessential essence of the Toronto spirit. Inspired by the mosaic eclecticism of the city’s culture, the building’s form is a landmark that represents the pushing and pulling of the city’s multicultural dynamism.
Manifested in the ‘Extruding Rooms’ which cantilever 2 to 3 meters off the north and south facades of the building, its residents will receive the most exquisite views of the downtown cityscape.
